About the programme

The Social and Public Policy program offers an exciting opportunity for young individuals looking to create a positive impact in today’s world. This comprehensive program equips students with vital skills and knowledge in political science, social policy, and public policy. It provides an in-depth understanding of contemporary social and political issues and their determining factors.

The curriculum commences with courses focused on the major processes shaping the modern world, including environmental, economic, political, historical, and social aspects. Students also learn how these processes are analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods in the first year. The second year is dedicated to courses on designing policy programs as responses to these processes, and the third year focuses on implementing these programs.

Designed for students interested in the experiences and perspectives of countries undergoing significant social change, the program addresses the challenges faced by such countries. It ensures that students gain knowledge about contemporary political processes, mechanisms shaping social inequalities, demographic changes, and cultural transformations.

Upon completing the Bachelor’s degree in Social and Public Policy, graduates have access to a wide range of career opportunities. They are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to work in various roles within the public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and international organizations. Potential career paths include public policy analysis, public administration, community development, education, and healthcare.
